三 | 　　会商强调，各级防指、各有关部门及相关省份要时刻绷紧防大汛、抗大洪、抢大险、救大灾这根弦，抓实抓细各项防汛措施。要做好溃口堤防后续处置，落实贾鲁河、清潩河等溃口堤防合龙后的加固培厚和防渗闭气处理措施；统筹各方排涝力量，加快淹没区排涝进度，尽快恢复灾区生产生活秩序；细致做好受灾群众安置工作，加强安置点管理和服务保障，提前开展房屋安全鉴定，确保人员返回安全。
