一 | Former Chinese premier Zhu Rongji died of illness at the age of 98 in Beijing at 11:06 a.m. Wednesday. Zhu had served as a member of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the 14th and 15th Central Committees of the Communist Party of China (CPC). An obituary, jointly issued by the CPC Central Committee, the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress, the State Council and the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, extolled Zhu as an excellent Party member, a time-tested and loyal communist fighter, and an outstanding proletarian revolutionist, statesman and leader of the Party and the state. 
。 家住老小区，高龄老人上下楼是生活难题。临平区南苑街道嘉利花园小区21台加装电梯近日投入使用，解决了老人的“爬楼困境”。嘉利花园目前60岁以上老人超过1/3，日常买菜、接送孩子、出门散步，多层楼梯成了难以跨越的“高山”。电梯建设要占用小区公共区域，不仅需要本单元业主同意，还需要小区全体业主表决通过公共部位使用，双重门槛让不少老小区加梯止步于此。为啃下这块硬骨头，嘉利花园所属的东安社区创新采用“两张表”工作法，分别统计单元加梯意愿、全小区公共用地使用意见，两项表决都达标后才启动施工，最大程度尊重每一位居民的权益。同时加梯和小区立面改造同步推进，避免重复施工扰民。
二 | 为解决质保期后的维保难题，小区通过多方对比，敲定专业电梯公司提供全托管服务，维保费用由居民自主协商分摊，公开透明，让新电梯不仅“装得好”，更能“管得久”。
