A |     冀时新闻报道 牢记"三个努力建成"重要指示，唐山市大力发展海洋经济，锚定世界级深水大港建设目标，持续优化港口功能布局，提升综合服务能力，向海发展、向海图强的步伐更加稳健。日前，记者走进唐山港曹妃甸港区，感受这座深水良港在智慧化、绿色化转型中的新气象。在唐山曹妃甸实业港务有限公司25万吨级矿石码头，两艘满载澳大利亚铁矿石的远洋货轮，正在进行卸船作业。    New Delhi, Oct 12 (UNI) Supreme Court will tomorrow pronounce its judgement on a batch of petitions challenging the Karnataka High Court order upholding the ban on wearing a Hijab in educational institutions.

A two-judge bench of the Supreme Court, headed by Justice Hemant Gupta and also comprising Justice Sudhanshu Dhulia, on September 26, had reserved its order, after hearing from all the parties -- 23 petitioners, their lawyers, Karnataka government -- for 10 days.

The Supreme Court will tomorrow pronounce the verdict on 23 petitions, including that of, Aishat Shifa, and others.

Karnataka government had argued in the Supreme Court that it had the authority to issue an order to educational institutions to follow the discipline of wearing the prescribed school uniforms.

Senior advocate Dushyant Dave, appearing for the students/ petitioners, argued that fundamental rights, freedom to choose to what to wear and freedom of faith would not diminish inside a classroom.

The lawyeres for the students -- Devadatt Kamat, Dr Rajeev Dhavan amd Dishyant Dave -- submitted to the Apex Court that the Karnataka State government had not presented even a single shred of evidence to support their claim that a few students wearing hijab to their classrooms in addition to their respective uniforms violated public order, health and morality.

The lawyers further said that the Karnataka government had not provide any material to support their claim that wearing hijab infringed on the fundamental rights of other students.

B | 依托深水良港核心优势，曹妃甸港区统筹推进智慧、绿色港口建设。依托5G网络、人工智能、北斗定位、大数据、云计算等技术，打通船舶靠泊、货物装卸、堆场仓储及全域调度等全业务链条。港口吞吐量从2010年的5600万吨持续攀升，2024年与2025年连续两年突破9500万吨。港口集团卸船二部副书记 副部长 付军明：我们港区联动了全域数千套智能感知终端，构建"封闭式皮带廊道+铁路+新能源汽车+水路"四位一体绿色疏港体系，绿色疏港占比突破了90%。在智慧、绿色发展的同时，唐山港不断提升大型船舶接卸能力与综合服务能级。今年5月，曹妃甸港区迎来标志性突破，40万吨超大型船舶"远见海"轮满载靠泊，打通远洋矿石直达环渤海的海上大通道。为保障巨轮进得来、卸得快、存得下，曹妃甸港区矿石码头三期扩建工程与矿石储运物流项目正在紧锣密鼓推进。曹妃甸港矿石股份有限公司副总经理 董锦昭：本次扩建工程会对主体结构向东延长（约）107米。届时，我们码头长度将达到910米，年通过能力将由3500万吨提升至3700万吨。这两个项目建成投用后，曹妃甸港区铁矿石年接卸能力将突破1亿吨，稳稳托起京津冀至华北内陆众多钢铁企业的原材料保供需求。同时，港区仓储堆存、中转集散、智能疏运功能也将实现全面升级。曹妃甸港口商务经济区管理办公室副主任 李扬：目前，我们全港已建成生产性泊位105个，对外开放泊位51个，设计通过能力达4.93亿吨，已成为我国最大的外贸进口铁矿石接卸港、最大的钢材输出港、最大的煤炭能源输出港。坚守智慧绿色发展底线，以科技创新激活发展动能。从传统码头运维到智慧化管控，从巨轮单艘靠泊到组合同靠，从粗放运营模式到全链条绿色低碳发展，曹妃甸港区牢记嘱托，书写着世界级深水大港的崭新答卷。今年1至6月份，全港完成货物吞吐量28204万吨，同比再创新高。
